Custom means more than pulling a variant off a shelf. Because we alloy on-site rather than sourcing finished stock, we can adjust a composition to hit a target melting point, tune mechanical behavior for a given joint, or match an alloy to the thermal expansion and wetting characteristics of your substrate. The Dry Rolling purity advantage

Our proprietary Dry Rolling process, developed in-house and unique to Hi-Rel, almost entirely eliminates the contaminants that conventional hot rolling introduces, carbon chief among them. The result is a cleaner, higher-purity, higher-performing solder that improves joint reliability on advanced, high-density packages. For programs where a single failed seal or joint is unacceptable, that purity is the difference between passing and reworking.
