Hi-Rel Group proudly offers an endless selection of Industry Standard and Non-Standard solder alloys and brazes all cast on-site with the utmost attention to quality to meet or exceed your specifications.
Our alloy compositions all meet or exceed J-STD -006C.
Setting Hi-Rel Group apart from the rest of the industry in solder alloy manufacturing is our “Dry Rolling” process. This process was developed exclusively by of highly technical team and is the only in the industry. This process almost completely eliminates potential of contaminants like carbon that are present in typical hot rolling processes from being introduced into our solder. This results in the purest and highest performing solder in the industry resulting. What does this do for you as our customer? It reduces your costs by improving yield on your highly advanced electronic packages.
Hi-Rel Group not only offers tooled options but also offers Proprietary low and high volume no tooling options depending on your design for rapid turn around and reduced upfront cost.
Hi-Rel Group offers ours solders as bulk foil, finished preforms as well offering our preforms attached to Hi-Rel Group produced or customer supplied lids, packages and thermal spreaders for a turn-key product.
Produced using our State-Of -The-Art rolling equipment can achieve the following dimensional design criteria.
